Every person possesses talent and potential, but opportunities to develop them are not available to everyone equally.
We work with schools in rural communities in Ivory Coast to build libraries that function as educational hubs.
Our educational hubs provide youth who have been left behind with free access to literacy and technology resources. Founded on a community-driven approach and motivated by the country’s decade-long civil war, we use education to promote shared learning, strengthen social cohesion, and inspire the younger generation to become future leaders and peace champions

Centered on the pillars of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs #4, #5, #8, and #16), Impactful Education achieves its objectives through the creation of libraries that act as educational hubs. These hubs are designed to transform communities, alleviate poverty, and empower young learners to become future leaders and champions of peace.
Rooted in the belief that “local solutions solve local problems,” we provide literacy and technology resources to communities and offer interconnected programs that foster an inclusive environment.
Our Unique Approach
At the core of our educational hubs lies a transformative, community-driven approach that not only bridges educational gaps in rural areas but also fosters the development of young peacemakers and leaders.
Through our E2LT model (Engage, Empower, Lead, and Transform) we enable young people to learn, practice, and teach, ensuring that the learning is not just theoretical but actively applied within their communities.
Engage
Our learners immerse themselves in interactive learning that encompasses technology and literacy, through either group or intimate settings, laying the groundwork for lifelong academic and personal success.
Empower
Ourinterconnected programs provide youth with hands-on experiences that are essential for preparing them to thrive and enhancing their ability to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
Lead
Educated youth create ripples of change in their communities, evolving into peacemakers and leaders who address issues from the local to the national level, contributing to a better world.
Transform
Ourethos fosters a transformative Pay-it-Forward cycle, where students mentor their peers, amplifying their impact and nurturing a culture of knowledge-sharing and community upliftment.
Our 2024 – 2029 Strategic Plan
As a new organization, we collaborate with leaders, staff, and partner schools to meet the educational needs of young learners. Through ongoing feedback, we refine and strengthen our community-based model. By 2025, we aim to reach over 400,000 young learners in rural Ivory Coast by building educational hubs with literacy and technology resources to empower and transform them into educated change-makers
